The Alliance Française invites you to visit our Vaaler Galerie, a new home for local artists to display their work. We host month-long art exhibitions in this space that is open to the public. Come down to our building to enjoy these chef-d’œuvres!
2024 CALL FOR ARTISTS / 2024 APPEL AUX ARTISTES
Alliance Française is accepting submissions for locally-based artists all year round - preferably with an international or French connection! All visual art mediums will be considered (painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, digital, prints). Priority will be given to artwork or artists that have a link to France or Francophone cultures, artwork that shares a new perspective, and celebrates diversity.
Exhibitions begin with a vernissage or opening reception hosted by AFMSP and are on view for one month. Artists contribute a 20% commission of sales during the course of the exhibition to AFMSP.
Please submit a maximum of 6 works for consideration to Natalia (culture@afmsp.org), with a brief artist statement and bio.
Artists of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
