Love chocolate? Nous aussi. Learn about the nuances of white, milk and dark chocolate through taste alongside a professional chocolatier at L'More Chocolat, Wayzata’s delightful chocolate boutique inspired by Paris’s finest chocolatiers.

We will taste our way across the world through high quality, single origin chocolates from Comptoir du Cacao, a family-run chocolaterie located 100 km south of Paris.

Alongside the classics, guests have the opportunity to taste something completely different: Ruby Chocolate. Not bitter, milky or overly sweet, this fourth type of chocolate balances berry fruitiness and luscious smoothness with no berries, unnatural flavors or color added.

This atelier de chocolat will be led by Kathy Ehrmann Bohnen, owner and founder of L’More Chocolat. Her commitment to fine European chocolate has been inspired by visits to some of the most famous chocolate shops in Paris, Brussels, Lucerne, Zurich, and Bruges. She completed the Professional Chocolatier Program with École Chocolat, an internationally recognized chocolatier school.
