Call for artists / Appel aux artistes
Alliance Française is looking for locally-based artists - preferably with an international or French connection - to complete the 2022 Vaaler Galerie exhibition calendar. All visual art mediums will be considered (painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, digital, prints). Priority will be given to artwork or artists that have a link to France or Francophone cultures, artwork that shares a new perspective, and celebrates diversity.
Exhibitions begin with a vernissage or opening reception hosted by AFMSP and are on view for one month. Artists contribute a 20% commission of sales during the course of the exhibition to AFMSP. Please submit a maximum of 6 works for consideration to Natalia (culture@afmsp.org), with a brief artist statement and bio. Artists of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The Vaaler Galerie
The Alliance Française invites you to visit our Vaaler Galerie, a new home for local artists to display their work. We host month long art exhibitions in this space that is open to the public. Come down to our building to enjoy these chef-d’œuvres!
