Offer your middle-school and high-school students the opportunity to discover France, the French language and Francophone cultures from around the world at Alliance Française!
AFMSP’s School Field Trip program offers your students a 3-hour experience in our cultural center in the Harrison neighborhood of Minneapolis. This half-day excursion consists of three different language and culture-centered activities with our native French-speaking instructors, as well as a delicious lunch; tout en français!
Select from a broad range of topics including: la chanson française, French History, les Régions de France, idiomatic expressions, French film, la Francophonie, French slang, Versailles, Myths and Legends and many more! For each activity, we emphasize new vocabulary and student interaction.
This Fall, 2021 we are welcoming school groups back to AFMSP while following our COVID mitigation policy. Nonetheless, if you cannot come to us, we would be happy come to you! Depending on your schools’ pandemic learning model, we could offer this workshop virtually via Zoom, or we could visit your school.
